About the role As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll report directly to our CPTO and work alongside our founding backend/frontend engineers (>15-20y XP) to architect and scale our production platform. This is true early team ownership with significant equity upside.

Your mission:

• Build and deploy scalable features across our Rust backend and Vue.js/Typescript frontend
• Architect production-ready solutions for enterprise clients
• Own full-stack features from conception to deployment
• Help establish technical standards as we scale the engineering team
• Take increasing technical leadership as the team grows

What we're looking for:

• 2-5 years fullstack experience with production deployments
• Minimum 1 year professional Rust experience (backend focus)
• Production Vue.js and TypeScript experience required
• "You build it, you run it" mentality with ownership from development to production
• Remote-friendly (providing +1/-1 CET timezone)

Bonus points:

• B2B SaaS environment experience
